Nasceas’s career began with a solid legal foundation, working as a Certified Corporate
Paralegal for over five years within the legal departments of UPS and the City of Atlanta. His
in-depth understanding of corporate legal operations and compliance provides him with the
insights needed to navigate the intricacies of law firm management.
Expanding on his corporate experience, Nasceas co-founded Veracity Entertainment, a music
publishing administration company, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. This role honed
his business development expertise, operational strategy, and leadership skills in a fast-paced,
client-focused environment, making him adept at managing cross-functional teams and building
client relationships.
Nasceas also served as the Director of Internal Audit at Saint Peter’s College in Jersey City, NJ, where he strengthened his skills in organizational oversight, compliance, and risk management.
Most recently, Nasceas spent over 15 years as an executive in the television and film industry, where he led operations and production management for large-scale, complex projects. As a Television Production Executive, he managed teams of up to 300, overseeing the production of scripted and unscripted television, live events, and digital media. His ability to manage high-stakes projects with precision and vision has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes across various media platforms.
In addition to his hands-on experience, Nasceas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Finance from Georgia State University and is currently pursuing his MBA. With a proven track record across multiple industries, he is committed to leveraging his expertise to advance Shani O. Brooks P.C. Injury Attorneys’ mission and operational goals while fostering innovative growth and client success.
